The Texas A&M System embarked in a new system-wide contract with SiteImprove in October 2018. This contract improved the current services and capabilities for all A&M System Members. Now nearly a year and a half into the services, we have seen improvements on websites, awareness for accessibility is enhanced, and many members using the tool have created their own benchmarks.

We’ll briefly go through the why, who and how for Siteimprove. We will go over some user feedback on their successes and pain points. During this time, we will provide visual refreshers of the capabilities underutilized across the A&M System.
